The multidisciplinary collective NOON creates performative installations that stem from questions around other ways of being together. (more…)“Emerging from friendships that exist in overlapping cultural and political scenes, our collective is held together by a common investment in the sonic and the sensorial to establish connections with the spaces in which we find ourselves. In their haptic vibrations, their ability to animate and intensify flows between living and non-living things, sounds/senses constitute vibrant matter that plays an important part in forming the texture of everyday life. Sounds/senses can then be mobilised “as a structural base as well as a speculative guide for engaging arguments about social and political struggle” (from LaBelle’s Sonic Agency, 2018). From this, the concept of a faellowship took shape, centred on the medium of a radio programme.”
Faellowship is Jeanne Coppens, Lina Ejdaa, Anna Laganovska and Stine Sampers.

Stef Assandri’s artistic practice involves textualities, costume design, cooking, and research-creation. In recent years, they have been exploring and investigating practices that connect topics such as migration, gender, and speciesism. Currently, they are working on a long-term research project that intertwines writing practices and plant-based cooking –as a way of rejecting speciesism by promoting ways of eating without non-human animal exploitation. Through this project, they are weaving an archive that takes various forms of expression, such as publications, performances, dinners, sound pieces, and more.
