In his recent work N\u00e9stor Garc\u00eda D\u00edaz became more interested in looking at the areas where visual arts, popular and underground culture and current theoretical discourses intersect. In this concrete project which he will partially create in wpZimmer, he will try to play with “obsolete” or “dated” theatrical manifestations such as radio drama, masks, puppet theatre and ventriloquism inventing ways for them to exist in our increasingly mediated context. The overall structure is driven towards the idea of the Gesamtkunstwerk (or Total Artwork), but using strategies that belong to the current Internet-based DIY modes of production.
