{"id":1346,"date":"2019-01-28T08:37:17","date_gmt":"2019-01-28T08:37:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wpzimmer.demonlabs.be\/residencies\/the-voice-of-a-city\/"},"modified":"2019-04-07T19:33:40","modified_gmt":"2019-04-07T19:33:40","slug":"the-voice-of-a-city","status":"publish","type":"residencies","link":"https:\/\/wpzimmer-old.spot-digital.co\/nl\/residencies\/the-voice-of-a-city\/","title":{"rendered":"The Voice of a City"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><em>The Voice of a City<\/em> is de recente creatie van Nada Gambier in samenwerking met Mark Etchells (UK) en Thomas Kasebacher (AT).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sinds april 2017 heeft dit trio verschillende Europese steden bezocht (Tbilisi, Athens, Kortrijk, Myn\u00e4m\u00e4ki, Bradiford, Lillie, Armenti\u00e8res, \u2026) waarbij ze gesprekken hielden met inwoners over onderwerpen zoals verandering en verbondenheid. In wpZimmer zullen ze werken aan het performance gedeelte van het project. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De voorstelling zal verschillende elementen uit het proces samenbrengen met als doel er een negatieve ruimte van te maken. Niet negatief in verhouding tot positief, maar negatief als een merkteken of een spoor. Tijdens hun residentie zullen ze de performativiteit van het verzamelende werk tot zover onderzoeken en de gevolgen van hun reis bekijken. Wat blijft over van de reis? Wat hebben ze niet gezien of gehoord? Welke verhalen hebben ze onthouden en willen ze graag delen?  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Welke vragen blijven hangen? Ze zijn van plan met tijdlijnen te experimenteren, feit en fictie vrij met elkaar te vermengen en er alles aan doen om verward te geraken op een duidelijke en coherente manier. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De voorstelling zal in premi\u00e8re gaan in de lente van 2019.
